OldLuxury24 analyzes customer's and user's behaviour on its platform using cookies.

e) Use Of The Collected Data

OldLuxury24 processes customer/user data for the following purposes:

contracts/services (to post advertisements, establish contact between customers and users, process orders),
communicate with customers and users of OldLuxury24 and improve their position on the market.

f) Data Processing By Third Parties in Europe

OldLuxury24 may also have personal data processed by third parties in Europe to run the platform and for the purposes stated in section c) and e).

g) Social media plug-ins

Functions from various third-party providers of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+) are integrated into the OldLuxuy24 platform. With the help of Plug-ins users can share content on social networks.
If a plug-in is displayed when browsing the OldLuxury24 platform (e.g. Facebook’s “Like” button), a connection with the relevant third-party provider’s servers is automatically established. This means that data on customers’ and users’ visit to the website can be transmitted to these third-party providers. h) Data Security

OldLuxury24 does not give its customers’ data to third parties under any circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to do an up-to-date backup of the data transmitted, to save it off the platform, to set a secure password for their customer account and to change it periodically.

i) Customers' And Users' Rights

According to the law, OldLuxury24 customers and users can examine, update, improve or erase their data. This is subject to statutory retention requirements. Customers / users have the right to complain against the processing of their personal data at any time. If they do so, the contract between OldLuxury24 and the customer or user will be terminated without any notice. Payment obligations that the customer is contractually bound to will not be changed. If OldLuxury24 fails to observe the applicable data protection law, customers and users have the right to make a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

l) Storage Of Customer And User Data

OldLuxury24 stores collected the personal data of its costumers ad users following its contractual and legal obligations and purposes stated in section c). As soon as the purposes stated in section c) have been met or if a customer or user deletes their customer profile, OldLuxury24 will erase the remaining personal data immediately. OldLuxury24 legal retention obligations will not change.
