As you likely know this stainless steel edition is impossible to find in boutiques. In talks with European Patek Philippe dealers I've learned that awaiting list/time for the 5712/1A is up to seven years. Aftermarket for this model is currently on inconceivable peak, in some cases up to 100 grands for a brand new watch. I assure you, even the authorised dealers, at their own risk, if you are very lucky, are easy to offer you a double price. And we are talking here of more than £60k
Condition: I would rate my watch condition as 9.5/10. The watch functions are flawless, doesn't require service, it passed all necessary checks.
A bezel and polished steel parts of the bracelet have little signs of normal wear. The original owner has been very accurate with it. I do not dare to polish it with a third party jeweler. It is up to you whether it needs polish out or not. For me it is perfect. Those imperfections can be seen in pictures. There is no dings or other marks.
